Stock Availability

Good News, 99% of the time all our advertised products online are in stock! From time to time we may experience a shortage of stock to being sold out, this will be marked on the product line that it is out of stock, but incase its not updated; stock is always in transit for replenishment with average lead times of 1-4 weeks. Our customer service team will contact you to notify an estimate time if that's the case.

 

Cost of Delivery
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, suburb & state you would like the goods shipped to.

Free Flooring Samples Delivery

Thank you for selecting our samples, you are one step closer to your selection process of choosing the right colour tone for your home or projects. Our automated system will notify you we have received your order, dispatched your order and provide tracking information for online tracking. Please note our couriers do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, residential or business address only during checkout

Flooring Orders

Thank you for ordering our flooring, once we receive your order, our team will begin to prepare the shipment for delivery or pick up and send out order & dispatch confirmations to you.  You will be required on the day of delivery to be present to receive any bulk flooring orders placed, either our own transport vehicles or couriers will deliver the material depending on the location for delivery, all drivers will require assistance with the unloading process.

Local Imperial Flooring Truck Deliveries

Allow 1-3 Business days for orders to be processed when selecting our own Imperial Flooring Australia Truck & Transport vehicles, Our drivers will call to book a date & approx time that suits.

Metro Australia Area Deliveries

Allow 1 to 5 business days delivery transit times.

Regional Australia Area Deliveries

Allow extra delivery transit times, some regions will require you to collect from the nearest depot due to logistics capabilities.

On request for regional depots that are too far to collect: Our team can outsource further quotation options for delivery direct to your property, the customer will be provided a quote for any extra freight costs to be approved and paid by the customer.

Your Local Depot Delivery, for you to Collect

Delivery to your nearest transport depot for you to pickup anytime may be more cost-effective than home delivery. You can pick up at a time convenient to you. Send your inquiry to our customer service team for transport rates.

Pick up from Wollongong (South Sydney) Warehouse

Customers can choose to collect from our Wollongong Distribution centre during business hours only, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you that the goods are ready for collection with pick up instructions.
