Stock Availability

Good News, 99% of the time all our advertised products online are in stock! From time to time we may experience a shortage of stock to being sold out, this will be marked on the product line that it is out of stock, but in case its not updated; stock is always in transit for replenishment with average lead times of 1-4 weeks. Our customer service team will contact you to notify an estimate time if that's the case.

 

Cost of Delivery
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your postcode, suburb & state you would like the goods shipped to.

Expect longer shipping transit times during our closure period. Small orders will be shipped out during selective dates and larger flooring orders will be shipped out from the 6th January 2025.

Free Flooring Samples Delivery

Thank you for selecting our samples, you are one step closer to your selection process of choosing the right colour tone for your home or projects. Our automated system will notify you we have received your order, dispatched your order and provide tracking information for online tracking. Please note our couriers do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, residential or business address only during checkout

Flooring Orders

Thank you for ordering our flooring, once we receive your order, our team will begin to prepare the shipment for delivery or pick up and send out order & dispatch confirmations to you.  You will be required on the day of delivery to be present to receive any bulk flooring orders placed, either our own transport vehicles or couriers will deliver the material depending on the location of delivery, all drivers will require you to be present to be able to unload material for a hand unload option.​

Local Truck Run - Imperial Flooring Australia Delivery Trucks

Allow 1-3 Business days for orders to be processed when selecting the Imperial Flooring Australia truck runs. Our drivers will call to book a date & approx. time that suits.

Customers can choose to collect from our Wollongong Distribution centre during business hours only, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you that the goods are ready for collection with pick up instructions.

Allow 1 to 5 business days delivery transit times.

Standard Shipping - Regional Australia Area Deliveries

Allow extra delivery transit times, some regions will require you to collect from the nearest depot due to logistics capabilities.

On request for regional depots that are too far to collect: Our team can outsource further quotation options for delivery direct to your property, the customer will be provided a quote for any extra freight costs to be approved and paid by the customer.

Delivery to your nearest transport depot for you to pickup anytime may be more cost-effective than home delivery. You can pick up at a time convenient to you. With access to 100's of depot locations across Australia, please email your order / location for further options to explore a more affordable shipping cost, especially for regional Australia areas.

Bulk Pallets ONLY - Nearest Depot Collections

Delivery for pallet orders to be collected at the nearest selected depot is a cost effective option for regional cities. If selecting this option at the checkout or need a quote option by our customer service team, please select the preferred depot location at the checkout shipping options. You will receive tracking information for the shipment to be collected at the depot once it has arrived. ​
