​Shipping Policy

1. Stock Availability

  • 99% of our online products are in stock.

  • Occasionally, items may sell out or be temporarily unavailable; these will be clearly marked online.

  • Average restock lead time is 1 - 4 weeks.

  • Our customer service team will contact you with an estimated restock date if necessary.

2. Delivery Costs

  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on postcode, suburb, and state.

3. Flooring Sample Orders

  • Samples help you select the perfect colour and tone for your project.

  • Automated notifications will update you when your order is received, dispatched, and in transit.

  • Please note: Samples cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers; only residential or business addresses are accepted.

4. Flooring Orders

  • Once your order is received, our team will prepare it for delivery or pick-up and send order & dispatch confirmations.

  • Bulk flooring deliveries: You must be present on the delivery day.

  • Deliveries are made via our own vehicles or third-party couriers, depending on location. Drivers require the customer to be present for hand unloading. The customer must unload the goods or have personnel available on the day of delivery (mandatory).

5. Local Truck Run – Imperial Flooring Delivery Trucks

  • Processing time: 1 - 3 business days

  • Drivers will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and approximate time. Your presence is required for hand unloading of materials, with unloading to be carried out by the customer assisted by our drivers.

  • Available regions:

    • Sydney

    • Wollongong & Illawarra

    • South Coast NSW

    • Southern Highlands & Bowral

    • Canberra ACT

    • Goulburn

    • Central Coast

    • Newcastle

6. Pick-Up from Wollongong Warehouse

  • Orders can be collected during business hours from our Wollongong distribution centre.

  • A confirmation email will notify you when goods are ready, including pick-up instructions.

7. Standard Shipping

Metro Australia

  • Transit time: 1 - 5 business days approx

Regional Australia

  • Allow extra transit time. Some regional areas may require collection from the nearest depot.

  • For remote locations, we can provide a quote for direct delivery; additional freight costs must be approved and paid by the customer.

8. Local Depot Delivery (Regional Areas)

  • Delivery to your nearest depot for self-collection may be more cost-effective.

  • We have access to hundreds of depot locations nationwide.

  • Email us your order and location for affordable shipping alternatives.

9. Requesting a Depot Collection

  • For pallet orders in regional areas, depot collection is a cost-effective option.

  • Select your preferred depot at checkout or request a quote from our customer service team.

  • NOTE: We have access to 1000s of depots across Australia, to access this option you will need to request a quote.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order arrives at the depot.

10. Summary of Delivery Transit Times

  • Sydney & Wollongong: Same Day / Next Day

  • Illawarra / South Coast / Nowra / Southern Highlands: 1–3 business days

  • Canberra ACT / Goulburn: 1–5 business days

  • Central Coast NSW: 1–4 business days

  • Newcastle NSW: 1–5 business days

  • Metro Australian Cities: 1–5 business days

  • Regional Australian Areas: Allow extra transit time; some regions may require depot collection. Direct delivery quotes available on request
