Engineered Timber Flooring Variations + Sample Ordering

Engineered Timber Flooring is made from natural materials and differs in colour, texture, and naturally occurring features within and between individual pieces and batches of the same species. Sample reproductions in printing and photography are only for guidance, and it's important to understand that each piece of engineered timber flooring is unique. Imperfections such as knots, mineral streaks, and colour variations are all part of the natural beauty of real wood flooring. We recommend visiting our showroom to view physical samples and discuss with our experts to understand and appreciate the natural variation in engineered timber flooring. Additionally, buying one pack of flooring is highly recommended in finalising the colour selection if you are not near by our showroom.

Engineered Timber flooring products from Imperial Flooring Australia Pty Ltd will vary from board to board, job to job, and from the samples on display, as they are a natural product. The colour of your flooring may change over time due to exposure to UV light and oxygen. This is a natural process and should be expected with real wood products. Additionally, minor splits and wood checks/cracks are naturally occurring in timber and do not compromise the integrity or durability of the flooring. Imperfections like these are a unique feature of real wood and add to its natural charm and character. It's important to remember that timber flooring products continue to absorb and release moisture over time, which can also cause changes in appearance. Rest assured that these characteristics are normal for timber flooring and should not cause concern
